WHO WE ARE

Haiyang Libenli Body-Building Apparatus Co.,Ltd (Qingdao Xinhan Special Rubber Products Co.,Ltd),established in 1997 with it’s Head Office located at Chengyang District in Qingdao City. At present, our factory is spread over the area of 50,000 Square Meters with 300 skilled workers and consists of various advanced and unique production lines specializing in the production of high quality Latex Tubing items for speargun rubber band. For more than 20 years, we insist on the use of natural latex imported from Malaysia, and carefully manufacture first-class, good elasticity, strong resistance to fatigue of speargun band.
In addition to that our factory is also equipped with an advanced CNC Molding Machine, Punching Machine, Plastic Injection Machine, Laser Cutting and an Electrostatic powder spraying production line that also enables us to produce Metal and plastic based spearfishing products.
